We provide free on-site estimates for all sunroom and patio projects. Estimates are based on the information you provide and the conditions observed during our site visit. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if project conditions change, additional work is requested, or unforeseen issues are discovered during the project. We will notify you of any price changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We accept payment via check, cash, or credit card (if applicable). You are responsible for all costs associated with your project as outlined in the contract.
Once you accept our estimate and sign a contract, we will schedule your project based on crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will provide you with an estimated start date and project timeline.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has already begun.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, equipment failure, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays occur.
Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
If you fail to make payment as agreed, you will be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
We will determine whether building permits are required for your project based on local regulations in Modesto and surrounding areas. If permits are required, we will typically handle the permit application process on your behalf, and permit costs will be included in your estimate.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, pipes, wiring, or other hidden conditions unless we were informed of their location before beginning work. We recommend that you contact your local utility locating service (such as 811) before we begin any excavation or digging.
If a dispute arises between you and BrightSpace Modesto Sunrooms & Patios regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute through informal means, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration as outlined in your contract.
Any legal action related to our services must be filed in the state or federal courts located in CA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
