Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, permit requirements, or changes requested by the customer. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your project on schedule and will communicate any delays promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary homeowner association approvals if applicable, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the construction site for safety reasons.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor warranties and manufacturer warranties on materials will be specified in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made by others.

Limitation of Liability

BrightSpace Modesto Sunrooms & Patios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County, California.
